All registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance together with the congress documents.

Registration fee for participants covers: admission to scientific sessions, poster exhibition, final documents, certificate of attendance, tea and coffee breaks, admission to exhibition.

The official language of the congress will be English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

The exhibition of EHSF2017 sponsoring companies is situated in the foyer on the ground floor.

The catering stations for the coffee and lunch breaks are located in the exhibition area. Participants will be offered snacks and beverages.

Free WIFI will be available in whole Conference Centre area. Login details are clearly indicated on-site.

A Lost & Found box will be placed at the registration desk.

The name badge will be the official conference document and should be worn at all times in order to gain entry to the conference rooms and the exhibition area. Admission to the conference will not be allowed without badge identification. In case of lost or forgotten badges, an administration fee of 10 € will be charged.

Audio, photo and video recording by any device (e.g. cameras, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, watches) is strictly prohibited during all oral and poster sessions, unless prior permission is obtained from the congress organiser. Mobile phones must be in silent mode while attending sessions.

The registration desk is situated in the foyer on the ground floor. Registration is only valid if the complete payment of the congress fee as well as of other services booked has been made. Registration on-site is possible during the entire congress within the opening hours of the registration desk. Only debit cards, credit cards and cash payment will be accepted on-site.
